"Dane for a Day"

What to bring:   All equipment for full contact competition. Cleats and sneakers

Who we are:  

This is an experience unlike any other in the entire country. For one day, you will exeperince a day in the life of a DI lacrosse player. You will receive instruction, scrimmage, and compete on John Fallon Field! All under the guidance of our UAlbany Men's Lacrosse Staff! You will get to strap on the pads and compete just like the Great Danes do each day in practice! We will also take you through our Weight Room facility led by our Strength and Conditioning Coach. An optional campus tour will be provided at the conclusion of the day led by our Coaching Staff.
"Dane for a Day" is a unique opportunity to find out if you have what it takes to be the best!
